Phase I Resident Services Phase II Resident Services

Rent for your Harrisonburg apartment is due on the 1st of each month. A returned check fee in the amount of $40 will be assessed for any returned checks. Colonnade Apartments residents may pay rent through a Rent Café portal. If you have not already registered for Rent Café, please contact the leasing office for registration instructions. Once registered, simply log in to your portal and click on the ‘Payments’ tab to proceed – it’s that easy! If you require any extra assistance, please contact the office.

Apartment Maintenance Request

The maintenance staff at Colonnade Apartments would like to make your apartment living as comfortable as possible. Colonnade Apartments is proud to offer 24-hour emergency assistance as well as timely attention to any non-emergency requests for our residents. At Colonnade, every maintenance call is treated as a priority. If and when you have a maintenance service request, please call it to our attention when it first occurs so that we can respond quickly and remedy the problem. Hopefully, you’ll never need this service, but if you do, you will certainly appreciate having our trained service staff just a phone call away. You may also use the online service request for all non-emergency requests.

Please remember that when calling the 24-hour maintenance number after office hours and on holidays, you will reach an answering service. The answering service will ask you the nature of the problem and determine if it is a “true” emergency. Our personnel will then be contacted by the answering service if a true emergency does exist.
