Winter Wonderfest

Each December, Downtown Harrisonburg sparkles with festive joy during Winter Wonderfest, hosted by Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance. Families can enjoy carriage rides, photos with Santa, holiday shopping, live performances, and a gingerbread house contest. The event also features cookie tours—including a dog-friendly version—and plenty of family entertainment. Festivities conclude with the Holiday Parade and a tree lighting in Court Square.
