🌟 Monday Maintenance Appreciation! 🌟
Today we’re giving a well deserved shoutout to our outstanding maintenance team at Colonnade Apartments — especially Rony!
We recently received this thoughtful feedback from a resident:
“Rony was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a complete professional. Some of the problems simply didn’t replicate while he was here. It’s okay though — I can’t imagine living with them or working around them. Thanks!” — Margaret
This kind of feedback speaks volumes. Kindness, professionalism, patience, and a willingness to listen are just as important as technical skill, and Rony exemplifies all of these qualities. Even when issues are tricky, our team shows care and commitment every step of the way.
Thank you, Rony, and the entire Colonnade maintenance team for your professionalism and dedication. You make a real difference for our residents! 💙

Apartment Ratings
I have been pleased with my decision 5 and half years ago to move into the Colonnade. The apartment managers over the years have always been capable and friendly. This is a friendly building in which to live. And the building is located only a few blocks from the center of downtown, so it is very convenient.
